It takes a special kind of person to deal with the business of community association management in Southwest Florida. Eagle Property Management is comprised of just such special people--client-oriented individuals who have chosen this field as their full-time vocation.

Eagle’s team of managers are grounded in service on their own community association boards of directors, so we know the demands, knowledge, and expectations of well-run associations. With our training and experience in the administrative and physical property tasks required of a community association manager, we work hard not to “dumb-down” our clients’ expectations of service providers in the market. The Eagle team can be relied on as problem solvers with a tenacious spirit to get things done.

Our lead property manager, Christopher D. Schroeder, has over a decade of experience managing associations in Pelican Bay, Pelican Marsh, Pelican Sound, as well as several other communities in the Naples/South Lee County area. The Eagle team of community association managers, accountants, and support staff each bring a professional set of skills to Eagle Property Management. From answering phones to on-property landscape inspections, from replacing light bulbs to enforcing the governing documents, Eagle managers know how to achieve results. We have the licenses, the insurance, and, above all, the plain desire to super-serve our clients’ community association needs.

If your manger never returns phone calls, or you haven’t seen your manager on property in months, perhaps it’s time to call in the Eagle Property Management team.
